Did Ben Stiller put you off museum overnights forever? A look at the Times’ “Homes & Garden†section today might just change your mind: “The Revolving Hotel Room, an installation by Carsten Höller, a Belgian artist, will be on view during the day as part of an exhibition called ‘theanyspacewhatever.’ After hours, though, it’ll be available as a hotel room. Sponsored by the Waldorf-Astoria Collection, the ‘room,’ above, is mounted on glass discs: one holds a double bed with nightstands built into the headboard; another, a table and two chairs; and a third, a wardrobe with a mini-bar and coffee maker.†And they all SPIN AROUND. A sleepover costs $550 to $800, which seems totally worth it to us. [NYT]
