Kelsey Grammer has settled a lawsuit with Bradley Blakeman, a screenwriter who claimed the actor “stole his idea†and turned it into the 2008 film Swing Vote, for the steep cost of… ten bucks. Blakeman, who worked with President George W. Bush, said he gave Grammer a copy of his script, Go November, arguing that it featured striking similarities to Vote. Perhaps even more amusing than the fact that the settlement was for $10 is that someone actually wanted credit for Swing Vote. [EW]
