Dr. Conrad Murray, who has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for providing Michael Jackson with a fatal dose of a powerful anesthetic, will argue that it was MJ himself who administered the shot that eventually killed him, TMZ says. The defense’s argument, according to TMZ, will be that Murray gave Jackson a reasonable amount of the drug Propofol and then waited by his side as he slept. About an hour later, Murray stepped out of the room for a couple minutes. During that time, the defense will argue, Jackson woke up and gave himself another shot, killing himself. [TMZ]
