Brandon Flowers is recording some tracks on his new solo album, Flamingo, with Rilo Kiley front woman Jenny Lewis. He told NME, “Jenny’s helped me out on a couple of songs, and we also got to duet on a song called ‘Hard Enough,’ which turned out great.†Of course, the Killers front man isn’t working with Lewis because she’s talented, so much as she’s also from Las Vegas. “She’s always popped into my mind whenever I think about getting a female vocalist involved because she’s a fellow child of Las Vegas, too.†By this logic, expect to hear that Flowers will also be recording tracks with Charisma Carpenter.
