Watch out, New Yorkers! The Post reports this morning that teen menace Justin Bieber will bring his traveling squadron of tweeting, shrieking rioters to our fair city when he records his next album here. Bieber’s evil plans were made public in papers filed by his record label in a Manhattan court: He’ll be paid a $400,000 advance from Universal for the first album in a two-record deal and, according to the filing, be “providing his services as a recording artist in recording studios located in New York City.†Because he’s only 16, though, Universal Records assures the judge, “the foregoing services rendered by the minor shall not, however, require excessive time as to interfere with the minor’s education and welfare.†But what about the welfare of everyone else? Maybe this is the Cloverfield sequel?
