Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor charged with giving Michael Jackson a lethal dose of Propofol, will not have his medical license suspended in the state of California. Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor declined a request from authorities to do so, stating that there were no conditions that warranted revising the conditions of Murray’s bail. Murray, who also practices medicine in Nevada and Texas, reached agreements to continue operating in those states on the condition that he not administer anesthetics. [Chicago Tribune]
