Universal is moving ahead with a fourth film in the Jason Bourne franchise, tentatively titled The Bourne Legacy, with Tony Gilroy, who wrote the first three films, returning to scribe the fourth. While the producing team behind the first three films is also coming back, star Matt Damon is notably not currently on board. Damon has said publicly he would not be returning to the franchise unless director Paul Greengrass is behind the camera and since that is a extreme long shot, it appears as though Taylor Lautner a new actor will find himself in the unenviable position of having to live up to Damon’s patented steely glare and winsome affability.
