It’s been a full two weeks since Kevin Costner was entrusted with the cleanup of the BP spill, and the Gulf is still as oily as ever. Thankfully, though, the Feds are finally taking the problem seriously — they’ve called in James Cameron. The HMFIC was summoned to Washington today, along with some oil experts, to participate in an EPA-organized brainstorming session and suggest “innovative ways†to cap the spill. No details of the talks have been released yet, but when the Gulf Coast looks as good as Pandora again by the weekend, you’ll know who to thank.
