The lowest-rated television program of the 2009–2010 season, both in total viewers and viewers ages 18 to 49, Tinsley Mortimer’s reality show High Society has, shockingly, been canceled. According to the Post, the CW chose not to renew the show for a second season not only because no one watched it, but because “Tinsley, her mother, Dale Mercer, and sister Dabney complained about the way they were portrayed.†Mortimer, of course, is “said to be working on a proposal for a new reality show.†[Page Six/NYP]
