This is one of those classes you would be really pissed to sleep through: Jon Stewart showed up at Victor Pickard’s Intro to Media Studies class at NYU this morning, where he “entered the class pretending to be a professor and launched into a routine spoofing the typical university media class.†He then did a 40 minute Q&A. Apparently he reached out to Prof. Pickard a week ago asking if he could do this and Pickard agreed. The whole thing was shot by a crew from The Daily Show and will presumably show up on the show at some point in the near future. (Thanks, Myles!)
