Better Off Ted and Andy Richter Controls the Universe guru Victor Fresco has found his next TV project. Vulture has learned exclusively that Fresco is joining the ABC comedy pilot Man Up as executive producer. It’s a bit of a departure for Fresco (who had been working on his own family comedy at the network): Instead of revolving around a workplace, this show’s about modern manhood as seen through the eyes of three dudes and their lady friends. It was created by writer/actor Chris Moynihan, who most recently starred in the short-lived NBC summer comedy 100 Questions. We can only hope Fresco’s involvement means Richter might find some time to moonlight in prime time once more.
