United Talent Agency is suing its client World of Wonder over its Oxygen television show Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, claiming the production company cheated them out of profits. UTA claims that World of Wonder paid some of what it owes and accused them of breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty. According to the suit, in December 2010, UTA asked World of Wonder to provide “an accounting of revenue received, expenses incurred, and profits earned in connection with the series,†but World of Wonder failed to comply. Meanwhile, for some reason Tori and Dean continues to plague the airwaves.
