On a day where so many hopefuly TV shows have seen their dreams snuffed, here’s one bit of good news: HBO has decided to renew Treme for a third season. The show has never been a barnburner when it comes to ratings – and results for the second season haven’t seen an uptick – but then again, HBO already has vampires and direwolves for that sort of thing.
