The Playbill is in for the new Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, which means the new credits for former show-runner Julie Taymor are in as well. She’s still listed first under “Book by†(also credited is original co-writer Glenn Berger and new writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa), which is nice. More awkward: Taymor also gets an “Original Direction By†credit. As in: “Now, remember everyone, Julie’s was the old direction; this is the new direction.†Anyway, first preview is tonight!
