Two of Hollywood’s fastest-rising stars are about to face off. Variety reports that Olivia Wilde has signed on to star opposite Bradley Cooper in The Words, a dramatic thriller that has already attracted Jeremy Irons, Dennis Quaid, and Zoe Saldana. (It’ll be directed by Tron Legacy screenwriters Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal, so we suspect they had an “in†with Wilde.) Cooper will play a successful writer who steals another man’s work, then must pay the price for his misdeeds. As long as those titular words are in swooningly romantic French, he’ll probably get off easy. [Showblitz]
