Much like her man three years back, Beyoncé conquered the massive Glastonbury festival this weekend, with her first appearance there — as the headliner for last night’s finale — going off big. There wasn’t as much drama as Jay-Z’s gig at the fest, when a feud with Noel Gallagher led Hova to kick off his set with a wonderfully shaky rendition of “Wonderwall†— but Bey did have a boost from a rock cover. Above, see Beyoncé transitioning from Prince’s “The Beautiful Ones†to a rousing sing-along take on Kings of Leon’s “Sex on Fire†that meets with appreciative shrieks from a whole gang of British people. Need more proof that this is click-worthy? At one point, Bey sings while on her back, then almost — almost — humps the stage.
