The Lionsgate teen comedy Gay Dude has mostly been filling up its cast with unknowns, but it just added two actors who are particularly well-known to Vulture readers: Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally. The real-life married couple (who play feuding exes with benefits Ron and Tammy on Parks and Recreation) will be seeing other people in the movie, which is about two teenage boys whose friendship is tested when one reveals to the other that he’s gay; Offerman will play dad to the straight kid, while Mullally and Gary Cole (!) will parent the gay one. (A gay kid who has to come out to Megan Mullally? That should be easy.) [Variety]
