A new Woody Allen PBS special is on the way this November, in case the dozens upon dozens of films he’s written, directed and starred in weren’t a satisfying enough tour of his brain. Announced this weekend at the Television Critics Association, the tentatively titled Seriously Funny: The Comic Art of Woody Allen will feature the Midnight In Paris director ruminating on his body of work while visiting his old New York haunts, interspersed with clips of his movies, early stand-up appearances and, with any luck, a heartfelt apology for Scoop.
