Here’s a weird thing: Seth MacFarlane was recently on CNN’s show that feature Piers Morgan yelling at people obnoxiously (I assume, based on this clip), and he talked about a bit of bad blood between himself and Jon Stewart. Seth didn’t approve of Stewart running a live Daily Show during the writers’ strike, so he wrote in a joke at his expense into Family Guy. Stewart didn’t like that, so he called him up to air his grievances in a heated phone call that lasted over an hour. Despite MacFarlane claiming that he had never told the story and expressing shock at the investigative abilities of Morgan, he had told the story to Time previously. In any case, I’m not sure whose side I’m on here, but I’ll just assume it’s Stewart’s.
