Mickey Rourke’s loss is Woody Harrelson’s gain. The latter actor has been added to the cast of Martin McDonagh’s Seven Psychopaths, where he’ll play a hot-tempered gangster who gets mixed up with Colin Farrell, Sam Rockwell, and Christopher Walken after his Shih Tzu is kidnapped. (Tom Waits and Olga Kurylenko have joined the cast, too.) Rourke had been in negotiations for the gangster role, but eventually fell out of talks and explained himself thusly: “The director was a jerkoff. He wanted a whole lot for nothing … He can go play with himself.†Too bad, because Rourke could get very Method when it comes to owning small dogs.
