This article is an interesting look at what we can expect from Rob Delaney’s new show in development at Comedy Central, a Tosh.0-esque “half-hour mix of comedy show and talk show†called @robdelaney. Its writers include Frank Sebastiano, Brendon Walsh and Megan Amram, but the ultimate voice of the show will come from Delaney’s own Twitter account - a concept that, in the wake of Sh*t My Dad Says, sounds risky to some. Delaney definitely has the right idea, though, in bringing in material from the internet “only in an effort to produce the biggest laughs.†Sounds like a proper comedian Hippocratic oath.
