Today in ill-timed legal action: Rap label Tuf America is suing the Beastie Boys over four samples — two from License to Ill and two from Paul’s Boutique — that were allegedly used without permission. Technically, the suit was filed May 3, a day before Adam Yauch passed away, but still, not a great look.
