Rocky was having an argument on the street when two passersby started taking photos — at which point he (and an associate) turned on the photographers. Things got physical, and the randoms sustained “cuts and bruises,†while Rocky was arrested by the NYPD. He will apparently be booked for attempted robbery, though even TMZ cannot explain why.
