Swizz’s lawyer denied that claim, and he wasn’t named in the first round of filings — but now it looks like U.S. authorities are going after Swizz in order to make a case against Megaupload. Meanwhile, Kim Dotcom is having a grand old time writing letters from house arrest in New Zealand. His kicker: “This open letter is free of copyright.
