Reese Witherspoon is set to star in and produce The Beard, where she’ll play a straight woman cavorting with a gay man. (Plot details are scant as of now, so we’re only assuming Witherspoon is the titular beard.) It’s billed as a romantic comedy, and we’ll give it the benefit of the doubt until we know more, but just please don’t try to turn him straight like Jennifer Aniston did to Paul Rudd that one time, Reese.
