Despite having sworn off a 2012 wedding while she “loses weight and dies of tuberculosis†for her role in Les Miserables, the actress married her boyfriend, actor-producer Adam Shulman, yesterday in what looks like a field in Big Sur. (Plantations are so three weeks ago.) Hathaway wore a custom-designed Valentino bridal gown — strapless and gauzy, featuring floral lace and a full veil with what appears to be a matching bridal bandana. A classic and effortlessly elegant look: Queen Clarisse Renaldi (that’s Julie Andrews in the Princess Diaries, duh) would be thrilled.
