Enrique Iglesias received an American Idol offer last week, leading quickly to seemingly firm rumors that the show’s twelfth season would feature Iglesias, Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, and Keith Urban. But now an Idol source says Enrique’s out and Randy Jackson is back. Idol, dawg: This isn’t how a frenetic jaunt through the casting patch is meant to end. It’s like hearing the first post-Christian Bale Batman will be Val Kilmer. (Simon returning would be Keaton, Paula would be Clooney.)
