There’s a library’s worth of as-seen-on-TV memoirs out there from folks whose life stories no one needs to hear. Neil Patrick Harris isn’t one of them — no existing memoir, though we’d love to read one. So he’s signed a book deal with Random House’s Crown Archetype, a collection of “imaginative nonfiction†set for early 2014. NPH loved Tina Fey’s Bossypants, so his plan “is just to reprint those exact stories but change the names to people that I knew.†Perfect.
