It’s a good week for Britney. Simon wants her to perform on The X Factor, she made her live judging debut on the show with nary a mishap, and now the lawsuit she and her family have been facing from former associate Sam Lufti — the one that alleged Spears is/was into crystal meth — got thrown out. “I really thought long and hard about this. It’s the right thing to do,†said the (wise, sensible) judge. Lufti “appeared emotionless†and said he’ll appeal.
