Last night, The Daily Show and The Colbert Report came back from their hurricane-imposed break, and the news team took to the streets to investigate the damage in lower and upper Manhattan. Thing look pretty much the same in both neighborhoods, except folks Downtown are wielding machetes, selling rats, and drinking urine, whereas John Oliver and his Uptown cronies are doing none of those things.
