A man serving two life sentences in New Mexico for the rape and murder of a teen girl convinced two of his fellow inmates to try killing and castrating Justin Bieber. The schemer “allegedly is obsessed with the Canadian pop star and even has a tattoo of Bieber on his leg.†The aspiring hitmen, Mark Staarke and nephew Tanner Ruane, planned to murder Bieber at Madison Square Garden in late November. Ruane was arrested upstate, with “weapons and pruning shears on him.â€
