Vulture’s top picks were the latest specials from Tig Notaro, Kyle Kinane, John Mulaney, Paul F. Tompkins, Patrice O’Neal, Maria Bamford, James Adomian, Reggie Watts, and Rory Scovel, who are all just plain old delightful.
