Good thing a lot rhymes with “old sport,†because it has been confirmed that Jay-Z will be working with the Bullitts to score Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby. This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, considering Luhrmann played Jay-Z’s music during rehearsals and used Watch the Throne’s “No Church in the Wild†in the film’s first two trailers. It’s still unclear if this means the songs Prince and Gaga wrote for the film are out of the picture. Also, there’s no word yet on if Jay will start going by Gats-Z and entitle the soundtrack The Greenprint.
