It was never clear how we’d be able to gauge if Netflix’s original series House of Cards was a success or not (although Capitol Hill digs it). Chief content officer Ted Sarandos has now gone on the record saying it’s the most-watched thing on Netflix at the moment. Actual ratings are still unlikely to appear, “because it is a real apples-to-oranges comparison with network ratings,†Sarandos said. Hopefully this bodes well for Arrested Development’s return.
