Beyoncé Maybe Doesn’t Know How Hot the Sun Is

At its core, the sun is approximately 28 million degrees Fahrenheit; on the surface, it’s 9,940.73 degrees. That is obviously much cooler — math! —   but it is still probably a little too warm for the romantic encounters described in Beyoncé’s “Standing on the Sun†(which just leaked in full). As in, 140-degree tap water can cause a third-degree burn on human skin, and things just get worse from there. Do not stand on the sun while fooling around. Do not stand on the sun while doing anything. Just find a nice hammock and relax, like the makers of this song intended.
