The latest in Justin Bieber Ferrari antics: JB apparently tapped a paparazzo with his car while trying to leave L.A.’s Laugh Factory last night, then sped off. The paparazzo contacted the police, who spoke with Bieber but do not consider the incident a hit-and-run. So Bieber is free, yet again.
