Fear not: Though both NBC and CNN canceled their Hillary Clinton film projects this week, you won’t have to crack one of the dozens of Hillary biographies about her to learn about her past. The New York Times reports that the biopic Rodham was unaffected by the GOP’s boycott threats, as it’s based on material in the public domain and there are no media organizations involved. The film has no cast or financing yet, but a new draft of the script is due shortly. A source tells The Times this version is more genteel and plays up the romance. So if you read that script recap posted by the Daily Beast, imagine the scene where Hillary and Bill head to her apartment and “devour each other†with soft lighting.
