The man who filmed the really low-quality, three-minute video of Kim and Kanye’s engagement turns out to be Chad Hurley, a co-founder of YouTube. (He posted the video on his new site, MixBit, which is maybe why you didn’t see it.) The Kardashian-Wests are not pleased about this footage— primarily because it’s supposed to debut on Kim’s reality show at some point— and so they are suing Hurley. Only Kim and Kanye (and Kris, and E!) get to make money off their marriage.
