Good news for Archer fans. Deadline reports that FX has renewed the animated series for two more 13-episode seasons along with a possibility of going into syndication as well. “Archer is one of the best comedies on television and has played a significant role in the growth of the FX comedy brand,†said a rep from FX in a statement. “We’re grateful to Adam Reed, Matt Thompson and their team at Floyd County, and also our incredible voice cast, and are looking forward to supporting their work for at least two more seasons.†Archer – now called Archer Vice – completely changed its theme and main storyline this year, so it’ll be interesting to see how the show decides to approach its next two seasons.
