This post contains minor spoilers for X-Men: Days of Future Past.
X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer created a new Instagram account today, on which he promptly posted a photo of the treatment for the next franchise installment, X-Men: Apocalypse.
From what we can make out from the ‘gram, the film appears to continue where the Days of Future Past post-credits scene left off, taking us to Ancient Egypt and introducing us to the four horsemen (Pestilence, War, Famine, and Death in the comics) who are servants of the supervillain Apocalypse. While there have been doubts as to whether Singer would still direct the next film amidst multiple allegations of sexual abuse, the photo seems to indicate he’ll be back (last week he tweeted out a photo of himself working on the script with co-writers Simon Kinberg and Michael Dougherty). Bring on the Apocalypse, we guess.
