Though she broke out recently playing overconfident yet lovable maniacs, Melissa McCarthy does have experience playing regular people, whether it was on Gilmore Girls or currently on Mike & Molly. The understated, indie comedy St. Vincent will be her return to form. Opening on October 24, McCarthy co-stars as a single mother who lets the cranky Bill Murray babysit her 12-year-old son. Shenanigans ensue. It might as well be called Rushless.
