Here’s the first full trailer for Doctor Who’s eighth season, in which we finally get a good look at Peter Capaldi as the new Time Lord. There are also a lot of explosions, a rampaging T-Rex, Clara not being totally sure what the Doctor’s deal is (“I don’t think I know who the Doctor is anymore,†she says plaintively), and a Dalek ominously declaring that “life returns.†Doctor Who, meanwhile, returns August 23. Fire up the Tardis!
