If you watch Game of Thrones or read the books, part of you must feel a little bit of malice towards George R.R. Martin, the man behind it all — the man who killed all those people you liked so much. But his comeuppance is here. Martin participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge this weekend and seemed to really hate it. (At least you have a head, George!)
