Teresa and Joe Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey will be serving jail time for charges including conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bankruptcy fraud. (Their crimes: using fake pay stubs, tax returns, and W-2 forms to make their incomes look higher so they could obtain $5 million in mortgages and other loans.) Today Joe received a sentence of 41 months in prison and two years of supervised probation, and was ordered to pay $414,588 in restitution. His wife Teresa was then sentenced to 15 months in prison. The two will serve their sentences back-to-back, as to not leave their four children alone, with Teresa going first. Whether this will all appear on upcoming episodes of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey? Bravo has yet to comment.
