Bad news for fans of former Late Late Show host Craig Ferguson. Variety reports that Tribune Broadcasting has decided not to move forward with Ferguson’s half-hour early evening talk show, which was originally set to premiere sometime this fall. The decision reportedly came after Tribune distributor Debmar-Mercury “could not line up enough affiliates to make the show viable.†Ferguson’s other syndicated gig as host of Celebrity Name Game will continue.
