After learning that he cannot actually star in all the movies, Benedict Cumberbatch has dropped out of The Lost City of Z in order to spend more time with his cool new Marvel friends. His replacement will be another Brit with a Tumblr-heavy fan base: Charlie Hunnam, who is now the third actor to sign on to play doomed explorer Colonel Percy Fawcett in the film. (Brad Pitt, who is also producing, was the first.) Robert Pattinson is playing Fawcett’s assistant, while Sienna Miller will play his grieving wife — a casting that has already guaranteed this project several Oscar nominations.Â
