Welcome news for fans of emotionally intense dramas, and also really bad wigs: FX today announced that it has renewed The Americans for a fourth season, coming sometime in 2016. The new season will be 13 episodes long, and is expected to finally explain one of The Americans’ biggest mysteries: how the show ties in with the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt universe.
