According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lionsgate is preparing a remake of the low-budget sci-fi thriller Cube. The remake will reportedly be called Cubed, and like the first Cube, will strand a small group of people inside a mysterious cube, which itself is made up of multiple smaller cubes, many of which contain razor-wire grids that turn people into human cubes. If Cubed is a success, expect a remake of Cube 2: Hypercube, the Breakin’$2 2: Electric Boogaloo of Canadian sci-fi.
