The wait is almost over: Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser is premiering on Sony’s Crackle this summer, and the streaming service released the first teaser today. According to Entertainment Weekly, the sequel follows Mr. Dirt as he “finds himself transported to the recent past. There begins his epic journey to get back to his loved ones in the present.” Christopher Walken, Dennis Miller, Brittany Daniel, Adam Beach, and Mark McGrath round out the cast, and original Joe Dirt writer/director Fred Wolf returned to direct the film and co-write with Spade.
