It’s been over a month since David Letterman’s iconic Late Show marquee at the Ed Sullivan Theater was removed, and before the brand new Late Show with Stephen Colbert marquee goes up, a temporary one was spotted this morning that’s just about the best PR ever for Colbert’s new neighbor Angelo’s Pizza. Between this marquee and Colbert’s surprise gig as a local Michigan morning show host last week, it looks like we can all rest easy knowing the next Late Show host intends to keep things wonderfully weird.
